About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead regional operations, working closely with Branch Managers, Central Support Staff, and our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Driving Branch performance and profitability
• Leading strategic business development initiatives
• Managing regional budgets and financial targets
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
• Building strong relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety and also HR Standards
• Championing company values and behaviours in everything you do

Education / Experience / Skills

• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and inspire multi-site teams, with a strong focus on performance
• Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing P&Ls, budgets, and financial targets across multiple business units
• Sales & Business Development: A track record of growing sales and expanding market reach, including managing key customer relationships
• Operational Oversight: Strong skills in forecasting, stock management, and regional reporting
• People Management: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals
• Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Management, Sales or related sector) plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
