About the Company
Our client is an iconic multinational business responsible for the production, sales and marketing of fertiliser, supplying a broad range of high-quality products across most agricultural and horticultural segments. They are seeking an experienced Sales Agronomist to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
• Proactively and professionally selling products and services to retailers and end users
• Adding value through strong product, crop and technical knowledge
• Promoting the company’s value proposition, including range, brand, marketing and expertise
• Driving promotional and marketing activity within the territory
• Maintaining proactive, positive communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
• Strong farming and/or agronomic background
• Sound understanding of agricultural business, particularly plant nutrition
• Commercially minded, enthusiastic and reliable
• Self-motivated, adaptable and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
