About the Role
This role is all about driving growth and making an impact. You’ll lead the sales and promotion of a diverse product range, strengthening relationships with an existing customer base while opening new doors with resellers and growers. Working closely with agronomists and sales professionals, you’ll be the key link between trusted solutions and customer success.
Main Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales targets and deliver technical support to growers and reseller outlets across the territory.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities with distributors and growers.
• Create demand and excitement around products by leading and supporting field demonstrations, trials, and grower days.
• Build and execute territory plans that uncover opportunities and expand market presence.
• Prepare and achieve sales budgets, driving profitable growth for the region.
• Contribute to a positive, results-driven team culture.
Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science (or related) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in horticultural or nut/tree crop agronomy. Knowledge of adjuvants is highly regarded.
• A natural ability to establish, grow, and sustain strong relationships with agronomists, distributors, and growers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently while keeping a strong team focus.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of customer needs and buying drivers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into practical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
